Block Paving

Once the garden, paths and patio’s had been laid the drive deserved a make over.  This had been our off loading area for all the materials so could only be done at the end of the project.  It was time to pull up the old drive, reduce all the levels, bring in the road stone for the new base, ready for the block paving. The original pull in from the road had been an issue so our client asked if we could we could open this out.  This made the entrance alot easier to access and also softened the appearance by having the curves.

The walls to the sides have been built with blocks which co-ordinated with the paving. The walls also acted as the raised beds for the new copper beach hedge.  Railings to the garden were fitted by a local metal fabricator (to keep in the pets) and finished the project off to perfection!
